We take projects from concept to handover. Our team coordinates design, prepares detailed Bills of Quantities, manages procurement, builds, supervises and commissions, so clients deal with one accountable partner from start to finish.
We work for institutional, corporate, public and private clients across Nigeria, on new builds, renovations, fit-outs and infrastructure. Every project is run with the same discipline: transparent costing, documented quality control, safe sites and regular progress reporting.

Managing Director
Seasoned civil and structural engineer with several years of hands-on experience in design implementation, project and construction management, customer relations and cost/budget planning. An expert in building technology, design and inspection.
Adepehin Martins
Executive Director
Civil Engineering graduate of the University of Lagos with a Master's in Energy Futures from the University of Aberdeen. Certified PMP and Scrum Master, with experience across civil engineering, oil and gas, IT and the public sector.
Bisi Akinjide
ESTIMATION MANAGER/QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Bisi Akinjide is an Estimation Manager/Quantity Surveyor with expertise in construction cost estimation, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), project budgeting, cost control, tender preparation, and contract administration. Skilled in material take-offs, cost analysis, valuation of construction works, and variation assessment.

Samuel Akin-Jesu Adewole holds a degree from federal University of Technology, Minna. He is civil engineering professional with years of experience in construction supervision, site management, and project execution. He has worked on multi-storey commercial building projects across Nigeria.
